HOM Artist Stay + Solo Show

Live here. Show here. Make yourself at HOM.

A different kind of artist residency.

What if your next exhibition came with a place to call home?

HOM Gallery is introducing Artist Stay + Solo Show, a unique opportunity for artists to spend a month living in Bushwick, Brooklyn, while preparing to present their own solo exhibition in an intimate, unconventional gallery setting.

HOM isn't a traditional gallery. It's a home that becomes a gallery, where art lives alongside everyday life and where artists and collectors connect in a more personal way. We believe art should be experienced, not just observed, and this program takes that philosophy one step further.

For one month, you'll call HOM your home. For three days, your work will take over ours.

Your Stay

Enjoy a one-month stay in a private, furnished guest suite with its own kitchenette, right here in Bushwick, one of New York City's most dynamic creative neighborhoods.

You'll have your own comfortable space to relax, explore the city, connect with its creative community, and prepare for your exhibition.

The rest of the ground floor is our private home and is not included in the accommodation. But when exhibition time arrives, that space becomes your gallery.

Your Solo Show

For three days, the ground floor of HOM transforms into an exhibition dedicated entirely to your work, creating an intimate opportunity to introduce your art to a New York audience.

Your exhibition includes:

One opening-night reception, welcoming collectors, artists, neighbors, and art lovers.
Two additional viewing days, available by appointment for visitors interested in discovering your work.
An unconventional exhibition space, where your art becomes part of a lived-in environment rather than a traditional white-walled gallery.

What HOM Provides

We want you to focus on your art. We'll help with the rest.

Exhibition planning and installation support
Marketing and promotion through HOM Gallery's channels
Invitations and outreach to collectors, artists, and art lovers
Artwork sales coordination
Exhibition visibility on homgallery.art

This is an opportunity not just to exhibit your work, but to introduce yourself to a new audience, build relationships, and experience New York from the inside.

Investment

$3,250 - One-Month Artist Stay + Solo Show

HOM Gallery receives a 25% commission on artwork sold, with the remaining 75% going directly to the artist.

Interested in Making HOM Your Home?

We're looking for artists with compelling work, fresh perspectives, and an interest in sharing their practice with our growing community.

Whether you're based across the city, across the country, or across the world, we'd love to hear from you.

To inquire or apply, email dan@homgallery.art with a brief introduction, examples of your work or a portfolio link, and your preferred residency dates.

Come for the city. Stay for the art. Make yourself at HOM.
